speaker: Szymon Peszat (Institute of Mathematisc, Polish Academy of Sciences)abstract: The talk is concerned with the existence and uniqueness of a solution to the ordinary differential equation dxdt = V(t,x(t)), where V is a random field. We interpret V as the velocity field of a turbulent flow. Thus, according to the Kolmogorov theory V is only Hoelder continuous in the space variable x.
