seminar: Transitions between meta-stable states induced by Levy noise
speaker: Peter Imkeller (Institut fuer Mathematik, Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin)abstract: This topic is interesting in my opinion, in particular from the point of view of simple climate models, but the methods do not (yet) include real SPDE techniques. So far we deal with finite dimensional SDE with Levy noise. You may judge if this topic is interesting enough for the workshop, and tell me if you include it in the program or not. I am attaching an abstract.
