abstract: We give a general method to construct isoholonomical deformations of germs of foliations in the complex plan such that some analytical invariants are controled. This method depends on the cohomological interpretation of isoholonomical deformations. From this result, we deduce the classification of quasi-homogeneous foliations by mean of holonomy representation
