seminar: Random data Cauchy theory for supercritical semilinear wave equations
speaker: Nicolas Burq (Universite Paris Sud Orsay)abstract: In this work (joint with N. Tzvetkov) we consider supercritical semilinear wave equations on a compact manifold and developp a local Cauchy theory for random initial data. We apply this theory to the particular case of radial data on the disk and show that in this case we have a global existence result for a large set of random supercritical initial data.
