seminar: The Moduli Space of families of diffeomorphisms unfolding a parabolic point
speaker: Colin Christopher (University of Plymouth)abstract: We describe joint work with Christiane Rousseau, which classifies one-parameter unfoldings of a codimension 1 parabolic point. The work is based on the functional invariants for unfoldings determined by Rousseau, Mardesic and Roussarie, together with a compatibility condition which allows realization of the modulus.
