Sublattices of Z^m , and Frobenius Numbers.

abstract: We derive asymptotic formulas for the number of sublattices of prescribed "shape", and of determinant at most T. For instance, the shape may be determined by conditions on quotients of successive minima. As a consequence, we are able to gain information on the average behaviour of Frobenius Numbers.
