Fixed point of parabolic renormalization

abstract: I will discuss our joint work with O. Lanford on the fixed point of parabolic renormalization. In particular, I will describe a class of analytic maps with a Jordan maximal domain of analyticity and rigid covering properties which is renormalization-invariant and contains the fixed point.
