speaker: David Holcman (ENS Paris)abstract: The goal of the talk is to present a novel hybrid (Markov-Mass action) simulations and applications to modeling synaptic transmission. We will also discuss analytical-stochastic simulations to avoid simulating too many Brownian trajectories.
