Laplacians on fractals

abstract: In this second part, we will show that, thanks to the aforementioned Dirichlet forms, a weak formulation makes it possible to define the Laplacian of a continuous function on a fractal domain. We will compare the case of the Sierpinski Gasket to the more original one of the graph of the Weierstrass function, which comes out of the affine framework of examples that are usually studied.
