Smoothing effect for time-degenerate Schrödinger operators

abstract: In this talk I will first show a weighted local smoothing effect for some time-degenerate Schrödinger operators. Afterwards the smoothing properties will be used to prove the local well-posedness of the associated nonlinear Cauchy problem with derivative nonlinearities. This talk is based on a joint work together with Gigliola Staffilani.
