Mean-field limits for systems of particles with singular Riesz interactions and possible noise

abstract: In this talk, I will review recent progress on the rigorous derivation of mean-field effective equations for first-order conservativedissipative systems of particles interacting pairwise via a singular Riesz-type potential and possibly subject to additive or multiplicative noise. Based in part on joint work with Quoc-Hung Nguyen and Sylvia Serfaty.
