Compound Poisson statistics for dynamical systems via spectral perturbation

abstract: We consider quasi-compact linear operator cocycles and their small perturbations. We develop a spectral approach for a quenched compound Poisson statistics that considers random dynamics and random observations. We prove that the random variable which counts the number of visits to random holes follows a compound Poisson distribution. Joint with J Atnip, G Froyand and C Gonzalez-Tokman.
