Density of hyperbolicity within any non-trivial family of real analytic interval maps
speaker: Sebastian Van Strien (Imperial College, London)abstract: In this talk I will discuss a very recent result which implies that one has density of hyperbolicity within any "non-trivial" one-parameter family of real analytic maps. This result is new even for real cubic polynomials.
