Generalized law of iterated logarithm for the Lorentz gas with infinite horizon
speaker: Dalia Terhesiu (Universiteit Leiden )abstract: In the first part I will recall older and more recent results to explain the superdiffusive behaviour of Lorentz gas with infinite horizon. In the second part I will report on a very recent result on a generalized form of the almost sure invariance principle and a definite form of law of iterated logarithm for this dynamical system. This is joint work with Peter Balint.
