seminar: A stable modular functor from quantum Teichmüller theory
speaker: Joerg Teschner (Freie Universitaet Berlin, Institut fuer theoretische Physik)abstract: We introduce the notion of a stable modular functor and discuss in what sense it generalizes the ususal concept of a modular functor. It will then be discussed how to get a stable modular functor from the quantization of Teichmüller spaces.
