seminar: Compactification of complex quasitori and nonrational convex polytopes

abstract: A nonrational convex polytope can be thought of in a quasilattice. This gives rise to the construction of a space which is the compactification of the associated complex quasitorus. We illustrate this construction through some significant examples and describe the spaces we end up with.
