seminar: On a Model from Surface-Growth
speaker: Dirk Blömker (University of Augsburg )abstract: We consider a model arising in the growth of amorphous surfaces. Similar to 3D-Navier-Stokes, this scalar equation has a weak martingale solution, but the uniqueness remains open, too. Furthermore, results for the numerical approximation are presented, which are important for fitting the model to experimental data.
