The Center received 60 applications.

Applicants were from 27 countries: 15 from Italy, 7 from France, 4 from Romania, 3 from Spain, 3 from India, 2 from Belarus, 2 from Sweden, 2 from Tunisia, 2 from Mexico.

Moreover, we received 1 application from each of the following countries: Algerie, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Georgia, Germany, Holland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Maroc, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia,Switzerland. Applicants held a PhD. from Universities of USA (13), France (10), Italy (9), Romania (3), Germany (3), Portugal (2), India (2), Georgia (2), and of Algerie, Canada, China, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Maroc, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

26 of applicants were below 30, 22 between 30 and 33 and 12 above 33.

The Center, with the support of research funds of the group of Mathematicians of the Scuola Normale Superiore, has also offered three two-months supports for visiting the Center to:
