The Center received 31 applications.

Applicants were from 14 countries: 13 from Italy, 3 from Romania, 2 from France, 2 from India, 2 from USA. Moreover, we received 1 application from each one of the following countries: Germany, Holland, Poland, Hungary, Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, Morocco, Japan.

The Center awarded the 2005 Lizzanello Junior Visiting Position to:

Riccardo Adami, Università di Roma 'La Sapienza'.

The CariLucca - SNS Visiting Position was awarded to:

Liana David, Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy.
