Variational construction of unstable orbits in Hamiltonian polysystems
speaker: VIto Mandorino (Université Paris-Sud 11, France)abstract: We consider the dynamical polysystem generated by a family of Tonelli Hamiltonian diffeomorphisms. By using the variational framework of weak KAM theory, we give sufficient conditions for the existence of orbits of the polysystem which enjoy some prescribed behaviors such as drift in the momentum variables.
