seminar: Stochastic stability of the classical Lorenz flow under random perturbations of anthropogenic type

abstract: Motivated by the physical problem of modeling the anthropogenic influence on atmospheric circulation, we introduce a novel type of random perturbations for the classical Lorenz (Lorenz '63) flow, which differ from the standard diffusion-type ones, and prove stochastic stability for the unperturbed flow.This is a joint work with S. Vaienti and T. Rejaiba
