Geometric estimates for Poincaré constants in convex sets
speaker: Lorenzo Brasco (Università di Ferrara)abstract: In this talk, we show some estimates of the Poincar\'e constant on a convex set in terms of geometric quantities: inradius, diameter, perimeter, Cheeger constant and so on. We deal with the case of Poincar\'e inequalities for functions vanishing at the boundary, as well as for zero-mean functions.
