Sharkovsky’s Ordering on the Mandelbrot Set (CONTRIBUTED TALK)
speaker: Reila Zheng (University of Toronto)abstract: Sharkovsky’s ordering describe the forcing of periodic orbits on an interval map. In this poster presentation, I will consider a generalization of Sharkovsky’s ordering on an n- branched star to describe some explicit results of orbit forcing of Hubbard trees in the Mandelbrot set.
